TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• This prize draw is run by VOLTA Art Fair on behalf of the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois. Employees of VOLTA Art Fair and Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois are not eligible to enter the prize draw. Entrants in the prize draw are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 
  

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over at time of entry. Only fully completed entries will be eligible for the prize draw which will close at midnight on 5 July 2026 and a winner contacted by 7 July 2026. Entries received after midnight on 5 July 2026 will not be entered into the prize draw. 
  

• The prize of one night’s stay for two people in a River King Room, including breakfast for two people is provided courtesy of Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois. A winner will be contacted by VOLTA Art Fair to make the arrangement to redeem their prize. 
  

• Prize: The Winner will receive 1 x One night stay for two people in a River King Room at Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois (the “Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize for the Promotion as described in this paragraph will only be awarded to one Winner.
  

• No purchase necessary.
  

• Only one entry will be counted per person. There will only be one winner.
  

• The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. All components of the Prize are subject to availability. Any extras not specified within these terms and conditions shall be paid for by guests. The voucher for the one night stay for two people at Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois is valid from Monday-Friday, except during trade fairs.
  

• VOLTA Art Fair and Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. The prize is non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 
  

• Distribution of your personal information in accordance with VOLTA Art Fair’s privacy policy. 
  

• If you are announced as the winner, you acknowledge that we will share your surname with anyone that requests this information, unless you request in writing that we do not share this information. 
  

• By submitting an entry to this competition, you are subscribing to VOLTA Art Fair’s mailing list. You will receive regular news to art market trends, insider insights, and exclusive announcements.
