HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VIP TICKETS
At VOLTA, we want to make sure your VIP guests have easy access to the fair and feel welcomed on arrival. We’ve compiled some tips to help you make the most of your complimentary tickets and ensure your clients join us at VOLTA to power their artistic discovery.

ENGAGE YOUR CURRENT CONTACTS
Prepare your client list before sending out your invitation and code, prioritise your most engaged collectors and relationships first.
New to exhibiting in Europe? We recommend reaching out to some collector groups and building some contacts via research first. VOLTA will bring you new audiences and collectors, but some initial outreach will be a helpful additional touchpoint before the fair and familiarise some collectors with your gallery name. VOLTA provides branded assets that can be used for emails and newsletters when announcing your participation in the fair.

2. USE YOUR EMAIL LIST
To your wider database, send an email around 1 month before the fair highlighting your presence. Include your bespoke invitation and code for them to book their ticket. Follow up with a reminder email 1-2 weeks prior to the fair and encourage those who haven’t already to book, and make sure ticket holders have the fair firmly in their diaries.
*When sharing to your database via email, please be aware that the links with your codes pre-applied will not work if tracking links are added to them. Some newsletter software automatically adds tracking to your links – please check before sharing and if in doubt, just share your code.
3. WORK WITH YOUR ARTISTS
Your artists are likely to have current engaged contacts you can invite to VOLTA. Encourage them to invite their own client lists by sharing your gallery code with them.
4. GET SOCIAL
The Exhibitor Announcement is planned for X April. Announce your participation in VOLTA with your personalised assets and prompt your followers to DM or email for a complimentary ticket. We advise not to add your code directly to posts to ensure you’re growing your contacts list and are aware of who is using them.
