VOLTA BASEL 2005
VOLTAshow 01 was the founding fair - a new, cutting-edge Basel based fair that presented emerging galleries from around the globe. The fair took place from June 14 to 19 in 2005 at Voltahalle, former voltage plant by the River Rhine. Curated by renowned professionals Friedrich Loock, Kavi Gupta, and Ulrich Voges, VOLTAshow01 was an immersive showcase of emerging artists that unveiled the best in contemporary art.
